Dena M. Bennett

Visitation for Dena Michelle Bennett, 35, of Virginia, formerly of Aurora, will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 9am until 10:45am at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Graveside service will be at 11am in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora. Deacon Daniel Schultz will officiate. Dena died Saturday, August 11, 2012 in Virginia, MN. She was born April 7, 1977 in Aurora, MN to Gary and Vivian (Rosand) Bennett. She was a 1995 graduate of Mesabi East high School and later attended Eveleth Jr. College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at various locations as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Survivors include her parents: Gary (Judy) Bennett of Aurora and Viv (Randy) Mueller of Aurora; children, Mariah and Cadin; sister, Jodi (John) Backman of Pike; several step-brothers and step-sisters; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
