Rose Marie Hultgren

Funeral Mass for Rose Marie (Goryance) Hultgren, 87, of Aurora, will be 10am Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Aurora with Fr. Steven Daigle as celebrant. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7pm with 6:30pm prayers at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to mass at church on Tuesday. Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora, MN. Rose died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Essentia Health-Northern Pines Medical Center in Aurora. She was born January 26, 1925 in Aurora, MN to John and Theresa (Rigler) Goryance. Rose was a 1943 graduate of Aurora High School and later married Marlo T. Hultgren on April 27, 1957 in Biwabik, MN. Rose was a homemaker and worked many years as a waitress at various establishments in Aurora. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the KSKJ and the Aurora American Legion Auxiliary. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her children: Mark Hultgren, Tom Hultgren, Terri (Kenny) Olson, Debbie Hultgren, Mary (Dan) Rasmusson, all of Aurora and Denise (Lance) DeMent of Hoyt Lakes; grandchildren: Chad, Chasica and Chelsey Rasmusson, Danielle (Shawn Gregg) DeMent, Brandi (Jake Peloquin) DeMent, Joey DeMent, Virginia Rose DeMent and Tristin DeMent; great grandchild: Greenlea Peloquin; several nieces, nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marlo; siblings: Frank, John, Stanley, Joe, Ed and Josephine.
