Barbara Ann Arn

Memorial service for Barbara Ann (Bliss) Arn, 44, of Gilbert, will be 10am Friday January 11, 2013 at the Biwabik Covenant Church with Rev. Jeffrey Jones officiating. Friends may gather one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Barbara died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Essentia Health - Virginia. She was born May 14, 1968 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Darrel and Jeanette (Berg) Bliss. Barb was a graduate of Biwabik High School and later attended Mesabi Community College for accounting. Barb worked as a cook at several local health care facilities. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her pets. Survivors include her son, Steven Bliss of Eveleth; parents, Darrel and Jeanette Bliss of Gilbert; sister, Sue (Chad Erickson) Grummett of Virginia; brother, Bradley Bliss of Aurora; grandchildren: Sadie, Caden and Gabriel Bliss; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and a nephew, James Bliss.
