Krista Marie White

Funeral Mass for Krista Marie White, 34, of Gilbert will be 10 AM Friday, May 24, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Gilbert with Fr. Charles Flynn Celebrant. A visitation will be 5-7 Thursday at the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Inurnment will be in the Gilbert Cemetery. Krista died Monday, May 20, 2013. Krista was born on April 29, 1979 to Pat and Kathy (Fahey) White in Virginia, MN. She had a deep love for nature and being outdoors. Krista especially loved hunting and spending time at the family cabin. Krista had an adventurous spirit and was always willing to try new things. Krista had a kind and loving soul. She is remembered as a wonderful daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. She will be sadly missed by everyone who was fortunate to have had the chance to know her. She is survived by two daughters, Avery Straughter and Erin Haerer both of Gilbert; her parents, Kathy and Pat White of Gilbert; two sisters, Kara (Keith) Altobelli of Mt. Iron, MN and Amy Herman of Roseau, MN; three special nephews, Michael White and Nick Altobelli & Justin Altobelli; her grandfather, Myron Fahey; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Krista was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elaine Fahey.
