Rachelle Shelly Peterson

A Celebration of Life for Rachelle "Shelly" Jean Peterson, 53, of Aurora, will be 11am Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Friends may gather at 10:30am. Immediately following the service, a luncheon will take place at the Aurora American Legion Post. Shelly died Monday, May 27, 2013 at her home in Aurora. She was born October 12, 1959 in Robbinsdale, MN to Kenton and Beverly (Ford) Clear. Shelly has been a resident of Aurora most of her life and for over ten years she has worked as a manager for Friendly Liquor in Hoyt Lakes. She was well known and well loved in the community. Survivors include her mother, Beverly Mauer; brothers, Craig Finke, Scott Mauer and Clay Clear; sisters, Marcia (Jim) Bass, Sharon (Ron) Jensen and Barbara Hinsz; sons, Jamie Blake, Bruce Peterson and Levi Swanson; daughters, Jessica Millar and Amanda (Blake) LaVoie; grandchildren, Keanan, Colton and William; aunts, Muriel Ford and Elsie Clear; uncle, George Clear. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Brianna Bakkethun; father, Kenton Clear and step-father, Walter Mauer.
