Visitation for Rosella Julia Eva Alich, 83, of Warroad, formerly of Aurora, will be Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 10:30am until 11:45am at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Graveside service will be at 12:00pm in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora with Pastor Barbara Hegfors officiating. Rosella died Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Warroad Senior Living Center in Warroad, MN. She was born March 30, 1930 in Lyon County, MN to Fred and Emma Rittenour. Rosella was a 1949 graduate of Redwood Falls High School and later married Joseph Alich on June 4, 1955 in Redwood Falls, MN. Rosella worked for the Cluett Peabody Shirt Factory in Gilbert, was a custodian for the City of Aurora and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Aurora American Legion Auxiliary #241. Survivors include her daughter: Patti (Bernie) Baker of Roosevelt, MN; grandchildren: Carly (Shawn) Hodgson, Tyler (Cynthia) Baker, Mike (Liz) LaDean, Joe LaDean and Melissa LaDean; eight great grandchildren; sisters: Shirley (Marvin) Stene of Mission, TX and Irene Walberg of Ottertail, MN; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph; daughter, Carol Jo LaDean; granddaughter, Jessica Rosella LaDean; great granddaughter, Nara Baker.
