Edward James Skule

A family gathering for Edward James "Jim" Skule Jr., 74, of Eveleth, formerly of Hutter will take place at a later date. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Edward died Monday, December 16, 2013 at St. Raphael's Health and Rehab in Eveleth, MN. Edward was born April 20, 1939 in Eveleth, MN to Edward J. and Hazel (Prout) Skule Sr. He was a graduate of Gilbert High School. Edward worked as a body man for Broadway Motors and Ron's Body Shop. He also worked as a mechanic at Koivisto's Junk Yard and enjoyed hunting in his earlier years. Survivors include his sons: Darren Skule of Soudan, Mike (Pam) Skule of Makinen and Jamie Skule of Mt. Iron; sister, Sharon (Don)Takanen of Hutter; four nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Chris.
