Eva J. Watts

Funeral service for Eva Jean Watts, 59, of Chisholm, formerly of Aurora, will be 10:30am Monday, March 24, 2014 at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora with Pastor Barbara Hegfors officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Aurora, MN.   Eva died Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Fairview Medical Center in Hibbing, MN.   She was born January 29, 1955 in Wood River, Illinois to Myron and Doris (Rutherford) Watts.  Eva attended school in Biwabik and later worked at the DAC until her retirement.   Eva was a jovial practical joker who was the Wizard of Oz's biggest fan.  She especially brought an abundance of joy and love to her sister, Carol.   Survivors include her sister, Carol (Scott) Johnson of Aurora; niece, Sheila Burton of Wyoming, MN and a great niece, Thea Burton.   Eva is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Mike.
