Mary A Moisio

Funeral Mass for Mary Ann Moisio, 75, will be 10am Monday, June 8, 2015 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Hoyt Lakes with Fr. Steven Daigle as celebrant. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4pm at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora and will continue for one hour prior to the mass at church. Burial will be at a later date in the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery. She died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Northern Pines Medical Center. She was born February 27, 1940 in Eveleth, MN to John and Rose (Bilan) Gregorich. Following her schooling, she married Walter Moisio on July 23, 1960 in Gilbert, MN. They lived in Gilbert a short time prior to moving to Hoyt Lakes. Mary worked for the City of Hoyt Lakes at the arena and was a seasonal employee at the tree nursery in Eveleth. Mary was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing and baking, and never passed up a rummage sale. Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Duane) Lund of Aurora; son, Allen (Jane) Moisio of Hoyt Lakes; grandchildren: Alyssa and Tyler Lund, Ashley, Carley and Emily Moisio; great grandson, Brayden; brother, Joe (Ann) Gregorich of California; sister, Anne Pavelich of Ely Lake; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter and brother, John Gregorich Sr.
