Memorial services for Christopher Daniel Anglin, 25, of Eveleth will be 1 PM Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert with Fr. Eamonn Boland officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Christopher died following a tragic accident on August 31, 2015 near his home in Eveleth. He was born on November 22, 1989 to Danny Anglin and Colleen Pittman. He grew up and attended school in Oceanside, CA, graduating from El Camino High School. Christopher had the opportunity to live in California, Arizona, and most recently Eveleth since 2011. He will be remembered as a smiley young man; a true gentleman who was known to open doors for elderly ladies and wishing them a wonderful day. Christopher enjoyed fixing things. Especially mechanics and repairing motors. He loved his family and his beloved companion dog, Buddy, dearly. His is survived by his father: Danny Anglin of Eveleth; his mother: Colleen Pittman of Ogilvie, MN; two brothers, Anthony (Hannah) Carter of Phoenix, AZ, and Will Anderson of Maple Valley, WA; grandfather: Donald Pittman of Big Lake, MN; one niece and one nephew; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Joe Anglin, Jean Reagan, and Alice Pittman; aunt, Mae Boyer; and uncle, Andy Pittman.
