Francis Turk

Francis Turk, 74 Francis Fredrick Turk, of Aurora, MN, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Virginia Regional Medical Center, after battling cancer. He was born on July 19, 1941 in Crookston, MN and was the beloved son of Fredrick and Mary Turk. He lived most of his life in Aurora, MN. He is survived by his children; Kristina Turk, Elizabeth (Bryce) Sandberg, Eric Turk and grandson, Kyan Robideau-Turk. He is also survived by his sisters; Rose (Vince) Lacer, Monica Rangel, Bonita Herrera, Sandy (Dick) Booth, Jeanne Bartlett, Linda (Clint) Odell and his companion, Jeanne Koponen and family. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Joan Normandin. A memorial service will be held on May 10, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora, MN. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will be held at the American Legion following services.
