Funeral Mass for Rose C. Pratt, 81, of Hoyt Lakes, will be 10am Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Lambert as celebrant. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7pm at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home with recitation of the rosary at 6:30pm. Visitation will also continue for one hour prior to the mass at church. Burial will be at a later date in the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery. Rose died Monday, March 20, 2017 at Northland Village in Hoyt Lakes, MN. She was born June 7, 1935 in Royalton, MN to John and Kathryn (Gaida) Ebertowski. Following her schooling, she worked as a waitress at Allison’s Café and bartended at Taconite Haven. On December 21, 1967 she married Norman Pratt in Nashwauk. Rose owned and operated Rose’s Beauty Salon for over ten years in Hoyt Lakes. Rose was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and its choirs, and was a member of several bowling leagues. She enjoyed embroidery and stitchery, cooking, playing golf, playing music and watching baseball. Survivors include her husband, Norman; daughter, Jacquelyn (John “Jack”) Little of Hoyt Lakes; step children: Randy Pratt, Melony Dye and Thomas Pratt; grandchildren: Brad Little and Jeanne (Tom) Johnson; great grandchildren: Brett Johnson, Jack Johnson, Abby Little and Claire Little; siblings: Chris Harlow, Shirley (Bob) McDermott, Rich (Faye) Ebertowski, Jack (Janie) Ebertowski, Marcy (Jerome) Podraca, and Audrey (Richard) Newcomb; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Art, Jerry, Loretta, Louise LeMieur and Ted.
