Cheryl A. Adams

Memorial service for Cheryl A. Adams, 71 , of Palo, will be 10:30am Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Palo Congregational Church with Rev. Jerry Kosanovich officiating. Friends may gather one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Biwabik. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Cheryl died Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Essentia Health – Virginia, MN. She was born August 16, 1946 in Mayville, ND to Russell and Dorothy Wick. She married Paul Adams on February 1, 1964 in Eureka, Montana. Cheryl attended Eveleth Vo-Tech and received her nursing degree. She worked as an LPN for Benedictine Health Center for 24 years. Cheryl was a member of the Up North Quilt Guild for 11 years, she enjoyed sewing and was a member of Palo Congregational Church. Survivors include her children: Paula Schaefbauer of Grand Portage, Paulette Ceglar of Biwabik, Loren Adams of Aurora and Jason Adams of Aurora; grandchildren: Stacia, Miranda, Aurielle, Mersades, Bryanna, Garret, Jesse, Sarah and Hannah; great grandchildren: Olivia, Mila and Holden; siblings: Terri (Bill) Kohlbeck, Judy (Les) Norman, Val Johnson and Wayne (Donna) Wick; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Paul in 2007.
