Gloria Baudhuin

Memorial Mass for Gloria Ann Baudhuin, 73, of Hoyt Lakes, will be 4pm Wednesday March 31, 2010 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Hoyt Lakes with Fr. Frank Perkovich as celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass at church. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Gloria died Mon. March 29, 2010 in St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She was born Apr. 12, 1936 in West Allis, WI to Ernest and Lucille Gardner. Following high school she married Patrick Baudhuin on June 9, 1956. They moved to Hoyt Lakes in 1962 where Gloria worked at the Hoyt Lakes Arena for over 30 years. Gloria most recently enjoyed being a Foster Grandparent for the Mesabi East School District. She was always willing to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren, going on walks with her dog Charlie and reading. Survivors include her children: Michael (Valerie) Baudhuin of Aurora, Danielle Baudhuin of Mt. Iron, Patrice Baudhuin of Hoyt Lakes, Renee (Kraig) Grivette of Aurora, Nicole (Jade) Nelson of Mystic, CT and Gilonne (Nathan) Parker of Brooklyn Park; grandchildren: Christopher Baudhuin, Andrea Gerulli, Breeanna Obermann, Brittany Herzog, Alexandra and Troy Grivette, Sophia and Emily Nelson and Olivia Parker; great grandchild: Ryder Gerulli; sister: Geraldine Peterson; brother: Dale Gardner; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Patrick; brothers: Harland and Roland.
