Memorial Mass for Robert J. Lamprecht, 82, of Hoyt Lakes, will be 11am Wednesday Sept. 29, 2010 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Hoyt Lakes with Fr. Steven Daigle as celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass at church. Inurnment with military honors accorded by the Aurora/Hoyt Lakes Color Guard will be in the Hoyt Lakes Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora. Mr. Lamprecht died peacefully on Sept. 19, 2010 at the White Community Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility in Aurora. He was born July 1, 1928 in Chisholm, MN. Robert was a 1946 graduate of Chisholm High School and later served in the 199th Combat Engineers during the Korean Conflict. He married Florence Philipich on Dec. 29, 1951. Robert retired from LTV Steel in 1990 after 39 1/2 years of service. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, the Hoyt Lakes Garden Club, the TRC Club, Thursday night Bowling League and the Steelworkers Local 4108. He loved camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with family. Survivors include his wife, Florence; daughter, Sandy (Dave) Forst of Tucson, AZ; son: Terry Lamprecht of Hoyt Lakes; grandchildren, Vicki (Chad) LaValley of Aurora, Teresa (Matt) Haverkamp of Cherry, Matt Lamprecht of Duluth and Alex Lamprecht of Prior Lake; great grandchildren: Dylan and Kelly LaValley of Aurora and Angelina Haverkamp of Cherry; brothers, Steve Blagoue of WI and James Blagoue of FL; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, four sisters, sons: Robert Jr. and Dennis Lamprecht
