Marguerite Lore

  Funeral service will be 11 am Friday, April 26, 2019 at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church 6959 Hwy 169 – Virginia with Reverend Donald Stauty officiating. A visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Thursday at the church and will continue one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.  Interment will be in the Sandy Township Cemetery.  Arrangements are by the Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home of Gilbert. Marguerite Edith Lore, 80, of Pike Township passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, April 22, 2019. Marge was born on December 14, 1938 to Charles and Edith Whitmore in Wabasha, MN. She married her husband of 55 years, Robert "Bob" Lore, on October 5, 1963.  Marge graduated from Minneapolis General Hospital and spent many years working as a Registered Nurse while caring for her home and family.  She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church for more than 40 years and was active with the Gloria Dei Women.  Marge loved spending time with her family, playing Scrabble and doing crossword puzzles. Marge is survived by her husband, Bob; four daughters: Leslie (Roy) Webb, Lea (Nathan) Alholinna, Michelle Lore, Kimberly (Charles) Pettinelli; nine grandchildren: Robert Lore, Ashley (Donnie) Lehtola, Alexis, Zach, Nick, Adam and Daniel Alholinna, Benjamin and Brady Pettinelli; and five great grandchildren: Jada Lore, Ailin, Addili, Emry and Ellyana Lehtola; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and her parents.
