Funeral service for Rodney C. Johnson, 59, of Virginia, will be 2:00pm Friday August 17, 2018 at Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Gilbert. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Gilbert Cemetery.   Rodney died Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Essentia Health in Virginia, MN.   Rodney was born April 19, 1959 in Virginia, Minnesota to Duane and Ina Mae (Christensen) Johnson.   He is survived by his brothers: Peter (Kathi), Earl and Niel Johnson all of rural Gilbert.   He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Doug and Dwight.
